What is the best way to crate train my puppy?

When crate training a puppy, what do you do when it will not accept cash?
I am housebreaking a puppy aged 12 weeks using the method of training fund. They are also a lot of fun and should compensate the work part of a puppy. And keep in mind that only a day soon you'll have a beautiful dog who is housetrained and is a joy to have around.
